By purchasing this digital artwork ("the Artwork") from Natasha Pierce, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright and Ownership
   The Artwork remains the intellectual property of Natasha Pierce and is protected by copyright law. You do not own the copyright to the Artwork but are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use it under the conditions outlined below.

2. Usage Rights

   • You are granted the right to use the Artwork for personal and non-commercial purposes, such as displaying it in your home or using it as a personal avatar.

   • Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Artwork is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing with Natasha Pierce. For promotion of Natasha Pierce’s work, please reach out to natasha@natashapierceauthor.com for approval.

3. Prohibited Actions

   • You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Artwork in any format, either digitally or physically, without prior written permission.

   • You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the Artwork without prior consent.

   • You may not use the Artwork in any illegal, offensive, or harmful manner.

4. Transfer and Resale

   • The rights granted to you are non-transferable. You cannot transfer, assign, or resell the Artwork to another party unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Watermark and Digital Signature

   • The Artwork will be delivered with a watermark for protection.

6. No Refund Policy
   Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the Artwork has been delivered.

7. Exclusivity

   • This sale grants you non-exclusive rights to the Artwork.
